J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge

A branded t-shirt design created for one of the world’s largest corporate athletic events.

As a member of the Shearman & Sterling design team, I created several t-shirts for the firm’s internal team participation in the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge—one of the largest global corporate running events.

The goal was to develop designs that were both visually impactful and aligned with the firm’s brand standards. After researching past designs and observing which teams stood out, I found that slogan-driven shirts were the most effective. Each design balanced clarity, personality, and professionalism, helping unify the team while reflecting the firm’s identity.


Team T-Shirt Design – Legacy Branding

Created during the firm’s earlier visual identity period, this design used the original brand blue and classic logo lockup. The layout focused on bold typography and clear visibility during the event, with a tone that emphasized professionalism and team unity.


Team T-Shirt Design – Evolved Branding

Designed after the firm’s brand refresh, this version reflects the updated visual language—including the new green palette and simplified logo. The concept prioritized legibility and energy, pairing a confident slogan with an uncluttered layout for strong on-course visibility.
