The Corporate Governance & Executive Compensation Survey is one of the firm’s most recognized publications. I supported the project from start to finish—working closely with internal stakeholders and an external vendor to ensure every visual reflected the report’s clarity and authority. From layout refinement and imagery to campaign rollouts across print and digital, I translated complex insights into accessible, on-brand communication pieces.
Cover and Interior spread
I collaborated on the design of the 100+ page report, contributing to image sourcing, visual hierarchy, and layout direction. The cover highlights Shearman & Sterling’s brand through a minimal, confident design. Inside, the spread balances dense legal content with clear formatting to improve readability while preserving the report’s formal tone.
Handout
Designed as a companion to the firm’s annual governance survey, this one-page guide highlights key proxy season developments including board oversight, proxy advisory reforms, and pay-for-performance trends. The layout was crafted to make complex updates easily digestible for both internal teams and external clients.
Animated Social Post
Created to support the 2019 Corporate Governance & Executive Compensation Survey, this animated social post highlights ESG-related shareholder proposal trends. The goal was to present complex data in a format that’s visually engaging, easy to digest, and aligned with the firm’s brand voice on LinkedIn and Twitter.
